Central Maine Medical Center
CMMC is a designated trauma center located a short drive away in Lewiston, Maine. Parkview works in collaboration with CMMC to deliver comprehensive regional health care to our greater community.
The Seventh-day Adventist Church
We are affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church which operates numerous health care delivery systems, hospitals, clinics and medical schools throughout the world. Adventists built the first medical school west of the Mississippi, the world renowned Loma Linda Medical Center, where dozens of Parkview physicians and staff were trained.
Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce
We are members of the local Chamber of Commerce to help support the businesses and economic growth of the Southern Midcoast region. Several members of our staff volunteer at the Chamber, including our CEO who sits on the Chamber's Board of Directors.
The Maine Hospital Association
Parkview Adventist Medical Center is a member of the Maine Hospital Association, the primary advocate for hospitals in the Maine State Legislature, the U.S. Congress and state and federal regulatory agencies. The MHA also works to develop health care policy to help hospitals carry on their mission of caring for Maine's people.
ME Healthcare Management Coalition
Parkview is part of the Maine Health Management Coalition, a group of employers, hospitals, health plans, and doctors working to improve the quality of health care in Maine. The Coalition describes quality as care that is needed, effective and safe.
