CMMC is a designated trauma center located a short drive away in Lewiston, Maine. Parkview works in collaboraton with CMMC to deliver comprehensive regional health care to our greater community.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church
We are affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, which operates many health care delivery systems, hospitals, clinics and medical schools throughout the world.  Adventists built the first medical school west of the Mississippi, which is the prestigious Loma Linda Medical Center.  May of Parkview physicians and staff underwent training at Loma Linda.

Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber of Commerce
We are members of the local Chamber of Commerce to support the businesses and economic growth of the Southern Midcoast region.  Several members of our staff volunteer at the Chamber.

The Maine Hospital Association
Parkview Adventist Medical Center is a member of the Maine Hospital Association, the primary advocate for hospitals in the Maine State Legislature, the U.S. Congress and state and federal regulatory agencies.  The MHA also works to develop health care policy to help hospitals carry on their mission of caring for Maine's people.

Maine Health Management Coalition
Parkview is part of the Maine Health Management Coalition, a group of employers, hospitals, health plans, and doctors working to improve the quality of health care in Maine.  The Coalition describes quality as "care that is needed, effective and safe."
