Teaching stretchesParkview Adventist Medical Center is located in Brunswick, Maine, two miles from the ocean, 25 miles northeast of Portland and 140 miles from Boston, Massachusetts.

With a wealth of sunny days throughout the year, the regions recreational calendar is full, both on the water with sailing, kayaking and more, as well as inland with great downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking etc. In addition, shopping, gourmet goods, crafts, antiques, furnishings, fine restaurants and more are available in the area, including the outlets and the flagship L.L Bean store down the road in Freeport. Approximately 75,000 people live in Brunswick and the surrounding towns.
