The course continues for ten (10) evenings.  Faculty members include Sheryl McWilliams, MPH, RN, Vice President at Parkview Adventist Medical Center, and Timothy Howe, MD, physician advisor.

Learn how to reduce your cholesterol, triglycerides, weight and body fat, and how to improve your strength, flexibility, sleep patterns and energy.

The program will be offered from Sunday, March 28, 5 - 8:30 p.m., through Thursday, April 1 [week one], and Monday, April 5, through Friday, April 9 [second and final week].

Proven, typical results from participation include a reduction in your:

  • Cholesterol by 30-50 points
  • Triglycerides by 20 points
  • Weight by an average of seven pounds
  • LDL by 46 points
  • Body fat by 1.5%
  • Glucose
